The CSR(*) day comes back every year. Why not go a little further and combine it with a team building event? Passerelle took this client’s company staff to the heart of Izu.
The day started with a workshop with in the woods supervised by an amazing team of volunteers from a local NPO (top picture). Their purpose? Clearing forests that are not looked after anymore…and transmit the love of working in a natural environment to children and city dwellers.
The hard work was followed by a refreshing evening at a local craft beer brewery, with campfire, French buffet and sake pairing.
The following day was dedicated to building team spirit with a few fun games prepared by project leaders.
